The following discloses RelationTrips's information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site (the "Site"):

Use

RelationTrips, through this Site, collects data through a feedback form that allows users to request information about RelationTrips and its products and services. For this purpose we request and collect user's contact information, consisting of a name and e-mail address. The form also allows a user to provide other information as he or she may desire. Information so collected is used solely for the purpose of responding to the request of the user. Such request may include provision of RelationTrips news releases and if so, RelationTrips will use the user's contact information for mailings of such information. 
 

The Site also provides a capability for users to submit their resumes to RelationTrips via e-mail. Any resume so received by RelationTrips will be held in confidence and used only for the purpose of considering the submitting party for employment or such other purpose as requested by the submitting party. RelationTrips is committed to providing you with balanced, accurate travel information.  RelationTrips employs editorial professionals who are responsible for content selection, development and maintenance process. Although we are a for-profit business supported in part by advertising and sponsorship, we recognize the importance of maintaining a clear separation between our independent editorial content and advertising or content or materials that may be influenced by our sponsors. 

Editorial Sources of Information

All materials on our Web site is either created by RelationTrips or is obtained from content providers whose editorial processes we have evaluated and accepted. 

Our editorial staff reviews most content from outside sources for accuracy, balance, completeness and timeliness before we make it available on our sites. In the cases where a complete review is not possible, we rely on spot-checking and evaluation of possible information sources and editorial procedures used by the information provider. In some areas of our Web site, we make sponsor-provided content available. We design these areas to make it clear to our user that the content has not gone through our editorial process.

RelationTrips reviews Web site content regularly. Outdated or incorrect content is corrected, updated, or purged.
